    I turned on my 360 this morning and it had a DVD in it which I was watching last night. Then the Red Rings came on, I turned it off twice and the green rings came on again
    What does this mean, it's in a good place where it can cool and isnt against a wall.

    If it was 3 lights just means it wasn't plugged in the back properly.

    Yup, probably just something not plugged in properly, if it all works fine now then nothing should be wrong.
