Are there any side effects? People have said they give them sensitive teeth and sore gums amongst other things, but i've had no sign effects, as of yet. And my teeth are sparkly white

My sister uses them, they're banned to buy in the UK so she gets them from amazon.com and gets the delivered to America, and my dad's mate brings them over. She uses the aquafresh ones I think. Her teeth aren't even discoloured but she insists on using them. Anyway she's been using them for a few years now and she has had no side effects.

THESE ARE PAINFULL and generally bad for your teeth they damage your enamel and gums!

They are bad for your teeth, they make them very sensitive, and the strip actually bonded to my gums so when I took them off it took skin with it causing tenderness and BLOOD.
I'm at a point in my life where I don't care if you like me or you don't. If you like me, cool. If you don't, meh.

these dont sound good, im guessing you want to get whiter teeth? Just brush regular and like abose use pearl drops tooth paste or get the whitened
