    Default Okay, heres how i'm getting my six pack abs.

    Okay, my two friends who are the same age as me have six packs have given me this...

    200 sit ups
    75 push ups
    20minutes jogging
    eat meat so it stands out.

    any good?

    sounds good per day I would say but you shouldn't start on that. Eat your fruit and stuff though

    Im doing my fruit etc.
    5 a day
    and 75 weights.

    i was doing weights and noticed that i had a fading four pack.

    Why don't you use your weights to effect more?

    Try that, you don't have to follow all of them but it's going to be a lot more effective than just doing sit-ups and push-ups.
