HELP ME.STUPID CRASH

It starts out normal then i either see a small white bar below the client and no text at all and it then makes this Red ! circle message appear

how do i fix this

I use IE 8 beta 1
and Firefox

Yes, same try re-install it, I had that problem a few times.

I don't know tbh, I had it like months ago, from now I don't get none of those, It can also be caused by system shutdown something like that yeh.
