    are they good for gaming/films im thinking of getting a cheap 44''/42'' for my room.

    Theres like a projector in the back of it and it projects images from there.

    They're terrible for gaming as they suffer badly from screen burn. Where if you play a game for a while the HUD could be permanetly "burned" into the screen so you would always see its shadow, regardless of what you're watching.

    you need a decent amount of room to sit away from it also becuase otherwise it will look really bad and dull.

    their the same as normal non hd tv's anyway I think, never really seen the point of them.

    I wouldnt suggest getting one.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
    We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

    These aren't really used for home use. Mostly proffesionally used for company ect.
