Confusion

A poem which I wrote to describe my situation at the moment, emotionally speaking.

Locked inside, not hard to see
the things that you're doing to me
I think of you all the time, your always there
it's getting to much for me to bear

Easy for them to say "get over it"
but they dont know I feel like ****
they don't know how I'm feeling
inside my chest, my heart is reeling

I love you now, the same as ever
my philosophy, never say never.
yet everybody says, no second chances
and still I make these forward advances?

I really need to get over you
so what is there that I can do?
because all this talk of getting back together
makes me love you more than ever

I can't move on, but I can't stay here
why cant I accept, the end is near
why don't I see, past your facade
I just need these feelings to fade ...

Bottom line on my relationship is I love this girl, I went out with her for 4 months, 3 weeks ago we split up, she got with someone else, she cheated on them with me, shes still with him, there may be the possibility of us getting back together.

I think it's good, but more of a song than a poem...
