KEY

Green = higher than the Current Habbox Value.
Red = lower than the Current Habbox Value.
Grey = The same as Current Habbox Value.

Green Bird Bath

(Current Habbox Value: 3.0cs)

I believe that the Green Bird Bath may be rising in value because its one of the more summery rares and people are using them more in themed rooms and casinos.

Throne

(Current Habbox Value: 57cs)

I think that the Throne is slightly increasing in value due to more people setting up casinos and wanting to include thrones in the design. I do however, think that it will stable out and may decrease as time goes on.

Aloe Vera

(Current Habbox Value: 4.0 cs)

I think that the reason we are not seeing these rares for sale more often is because the owners of these rares are waiting for mid summer when they are likely to go up. Because of this the Aloe Vera rare is currently stable at its Habbox Value.

Black smoke

1.0 cs - 1 time

I do not think that the Uranus Smoke Machine is going to move at the moment but may increase later on.

Gold Icm

(Curren Habbox Value: 1.0 cs)

0.8 cs - 1 time

I think that the Gold ICM may be decresing in value at the moment but we all must remember that the best thing on a hot day is ice cream!
