I know all the three passwords (first, secound, third)

and i have the transaction number for paypal membership

If it is really your account. The place were the account is made is enough.
they just check IP. If it isnt your account, then u should not let him train it.

no, it would come up as very poor on the rating, i just tried it.

You need to know alot of information and recoveries is the key one.

It is not enough i think u need all recov q's

If you dont have recoveries then your sorted =D It's really easy to get back.
