Default Cannot install any linux on this laptop...

Hi there, over the last few days, i have this really old laptop (well a crap one atleast :rolleyes

    It is a:

    dell inspiron 510m
I have been trying to install ubuntu on it but the problem was saying that the CPU or something like that was the wrong one :S

I then tried openSUSE but that kept coming up with errors about packages :S.
then started to ask for linux code?

so i reintalled it but it wouldnt even find the boot file .

I asked dave what else i could tried, which he said to try debian but when i put that in, it doesnt even boot up to the installation...

So yes, can someone help me find windows drivers or tell me a good linux that will actully work?!

    Thanks
