Lololololololololol, I really hope this is a joke thread a Free copy of cPanel?!?!? Also you need a VPS or Dedi (Linux) To run cPanel. Try ISPConfig, WebMin or others.

I use Webmin on my VPS, and it does take some getting used to.
It isn't even really a 'control panel', more of a 'configuration manager'.
