    Hi,

How can I control what appears on another connected screen in a retail environment without making it look unprofessional (ie dragging)

    Thanks,
    Adam

In what way do you mean?

As in completely separate desktops on each screen? Or so that programs just appear there without dragging?

Drag it there first time and then just move your mouse across every other.

I want it so it isn't cloned, just so I can control what's there w/o dragging programs/images across. I won't be able to see the screen.

I'm guessing you'd either need a separate computer for that screen then, or a multi-desktop program so you can have two desktops showing and then have one for each screen?

I'm still semi-confused as to what you are after...

You want dual screen yet you want one to be independant? Like a totally different desktop?

Controlling another persons computer from your own computer you mean?
& what do you mean by dragging.. ?

I use VNC Viewer, connect to a computer connected to your network and then you can monitor what they are doing.. if needed you can then control their computer using yours. You can type things and control their mouse movements.

I think he means what I said. Two screens running from one machine but independant desktops?
