On my SAM, all the sound effect slots appear as Empty. Does any one know how to fix this?

When you reinstalled SAM you might have deselected the box to add the sound effects. I did that on my version. You can reload the box with the effects in, through the options menu.

Can you use Windows Sound Recorder to make your own jingles?
If so you could create your own?

What Sam are you using? Sam 2 I believe doesnt come with them, or atleast not with mine. Sam 3 and 4 you have an option at the beginning when you first installed it. It will as you:
"Would you like to add Demo Sound FX" and check the box and click OK.
Your best bet is to re-install
