How many pictures roughly can a 2gb sandisk hold for a ten mega pixel camera?

As i said in another thread. Depends on the resolution, compression and the amout of colour variance in the image.
Could be anything from 500-800

My 10MP Camera holds 1600 photos on a 4GB Compact flash... and on my 1GB SD Card, at 7 MP it held around 1000.
I would say 800-1250 to be safe.
