Due to there not being a great deal of rares to actually review all the time i will be repeating some i have already covered due to things changing and popularity increasing !

Key

Above habbox value = RED
Same as habbox value = GREEN
Lower than habbox value = BLUE

White Lace Pillow
(Habbox value = 1.0 CS)
1.0 = seen 10 times
1.5 = seen 3 times
2.0 = seen once

The white lace pillow recently has become a very popular rare and lots of people are wanting them for their rooms. Many people are still trading about the 1 hc mark but i have seen one person push it to 2 hc to a very reluctant buyer. I think that most people are trading for the price of 1 hc because of the rest of the pillows being 1 hc.

Purple Fan
(Habbox value = 1.2 CS)
1.0 = seen 5 times
1.5 = seen 2 times
2.0 = seen once

I think that most of the fan collection are unpopular. Most people are only trading below the habbox value for the fan, i think personally this is because they feel it isnt worth much more. Maybe as we get closer to the summer they will become slightly more popular due to people making summer themed rooms.

Power Globe
(Habbox value = 0.8 CS)
0.5 = twice
0.8 = once
1.0 = twice

I feel that the power globe is one of those rares you dont see around too much. I have only seen a handful or so since ive been back on habbo for 2ish months. They are hard to come by and i think because they are quite an odd value on habbox people tend to round down or round up more

Moon Patch
(Habbox value = 1.5 CS)
1.0 = seen once
1.5 = seen 3 times
2.0 = seen once

Since the moon patches re-release more people have been selling at the 1.5 because of it being priced at 25 credits in the catalogue. I think that the moon patch will continue to stay at 1.5 due to it being less popular than many of the other patches.

Black Monolith
(Habbox value = 2.0 CS)
1.0 = seen once
1.5 = seen twice
2.0 = seen once

The black monolith isnt a rare again i see often but usually people arent willing to pay the 2 CS. I think the black monolith is not that popular anymore and people just arent using them that much.

Green Marquee
(Habbox value = 0.8 CS)
0.5 - seen twice
1.0 - seen once

I've seen quite a few marquess around trade world and shops. Most people arent buying them due to their unpredictable value of 0.8. Due to it being slightly uneven people either round down or round up.

Holo girl
(Habbox value = 1.5 CS)
1.0 = seen once
1.5 = seen 5 times
2.0 = seen twice

I think as this is one of iones gifts from 2002 many people are still paying a little extra when it comes to buying them. Mostly they go for around the 1.5 CS mark with people buying them in 2's or more. I think the holo girl like the holo boy are still a popular rare.

A good report thanks, not sure on a couple of values though, i have had no problem in shifting black mono's for 2 HC per, but everyone does see different values Keep up the good work .

Nice layout though as fitcovboy said, I have seen black monoliths go for around 2HCS.
But hey, we all see different things.

I agree with the monolinth value acctually, i saw a few trades this week with them selling at 1.5CS also when i had loads of them it took me ages to sell like one for 2HC so i sold for 1.5.

Anyways good report like the rest of yours, keep it up.
