I posted a coupla of weeks back a letter about a r/l event and some people wanted some photos, as i wasent there these have been taken from the website (with permision befor people start shouting)

I live 5 minutes away from Manchester Airport and go their quite frequently, I can't say I've ever seen the top concorde (maybe I'm looking in the wrong place?) I thought their was only one concorde at Manchester and that is situated at the AVP.

Maybe what they've done is meet up at the Airport Pub and gone down the roads at the side of the runway, as I've visited the Airport Pub tonnes of times, its situated at the side of 23R and the AVP is up at the other end next to 5R so cant see the AVP very well from the Airport Pub as taken in the 2nd picture.

Would be interested in seeing the 1st Concorde if their are two at Manchester!

The tail logo is an older one and so is the surroundings.

First pic isn't Manc, it could be anywhere, or more correctly any time frame, infact I'd stab a geuss that that pic is just a random google image.

No way is that in Manchester. Their is only one Concorde and that's at the AVP.

The top picture is not Manchester. Because If it was it would be all over main aviation websites. I been to MAN many times and I only seen one Concorde like Antony has said above which is located at the AVP. FlyUK put it in as a joke? Maybe.


Edit: That is not proof, its a photo uploaded under the Manchester event heading. Doesn't mean it was taking there without any hard evidence.
