    Default Woop lost / gained weight

    Ye well a few weeks ago i went to boots and weighed myself and i was like 7st 10 and i was 5 ft 2.9 and my BMI was like 19.5.
    I went like 3 weeks ago again and i did it and i weight 7st 11 and i was 5ft 4 and my BMI had gone down to 19 !!!
    Im gonna do it again today aswell and see if i've gained or lost or whatever.
    the only thing stronger than fear is hope

    Yeah, I've lost so much weight this past year. I've gone from being almost 12st. to only just being over 11st.

    BMI is done by a height and weight calculation, so the taller you are, its likely to be lower.

    Think mines 20.2
    was last time I did it, probs gone down now

    er... when my friend lost like 3 stone and was bordering on getting an eatting disorder her BMI was 19? she was told anything lower than 18 was majorly unhealthy. Has it changed since then?! cos to me 19 seems pretty low.

    It's 18.5-25, and she's 13 (according to her profile) so I guess growth spurts happen at that age but you shouldn't like obsess over wieght/BMI too much .

    i'm 6ft9" and weigh 15.10 stone and i'm not blobby, i'm just padded and you can see my stomach muscles weakly but its crapp lol

    how did you do it?
