Well, my scunk keeps coming up at ramdom times even if im not you know, and it causes a infection on the end of of skin of my penis? Help!

If you mean that semen in leaking and causing an infection on the head of your penis, best thing to do is go to your GP and probably get a urine test.
It is most likely a bacterial infection.
Have you had any kind of sexual interaction with anyone (even if it's oral)?
