Bird Bath Values

Hey, I think that the the values of the normal rare bird baths should increase. Iv been looking for a while to buy bird baths and always have to offer more then the Amount that habbox estimates them as. the green BB is worth 2.0 according to habbox but i think it should be increased to 2.2. The white bird bath i think should be increased to 3.6 or 3.7

I get your point about always paying more for rares. Nowadays people ask for a little more profit on most rares, that way there making some extra furni. This can effect the value a little but you have to look more closely at different values such as these.
They seem pretty accurate, so keep it up
