Deleted ftp files! Help (+rep)

Im hosted with xeodomains and i deleted all my ftp files by accident.
Help me!
What can i do?

Contact Xeodomains?? you should always back up all your files.
You might get lucky and they will have them somewhere

They is gone. Unless you or xeodomains has a backup, YOU SCREWED.

Be more careful with your files next time, or ask Eric30 (Habboxforum) if the server takes any sort of backup (Doubt that though)
