Default I need a customer usersystem

    Hey,
I wonder if anyone of you got a usersystem for customers, or know a link to a good one?
I need this for MetiDesigns, so people can create an account and buy things if they want to.

    Do you understand me?

    Thanks,
    Meti

I didn't get fantastico with my hosting. I just got "Installatron Script Installer". Almost the same.

Except Installatron is better - contains the same as fantastico + more.

WHMCS is very good but you might find it a bit expensive if you're only using it for accounts. However it's good for support tickets, keeping track of orders and tracking transactions.
    Kind Regards,

I'd say create your own script, because subdomains are pretty dynamic and can be added via .htaccess, as I've already said..

but you'd need to ask someone to code it for you, as I don't know a thing about flatfile editing/generating.

#1 where did flatfiles come into this?

#2 subdomains can not be added just by the htaccess, you were lucky. Subdomains rely on DNS, your host just had wildcard subdomains enabled.

I know what the **** a flatfile is, but .htaccess has nothing to do with flatfiles and customer usersystems...

    nothing at all.

Plus where did flatfile come in, in the first place?

Wy would you edit the htaccess anyway with fwrite? .htacess files are not meant to be dynamic.
