Are you allowed to break rules on the chat, because i beleive some forum members are doing so

understand what you mean now, and i also saw what you are tallking about. Report it to a super moderator or in the serious rule breaking thread and the logs will be checked, an the rulebreaker dealt with.

Well now that you've made it into an understandable thread - Jesus said that you are allowed to swear in the FlashChat as most words are blocked out and avoiding that filter is an uninfractionable action - racism and any other abusive and discriminative terms are not allowed though.

At least, these were the rules a couple of days ago - correct me if I'm wrong.

The rules in chat are much more relaxed and their aren't really official moderators for the chat. I suggest, if something/someone is bothering you, you contact a (s)mod/admin.
