I'm wanting to make a website, non-Habbo, but I don't know what to do it on. Not a radio.

Any ideas?

Make a site where people can upload there own Music Videos.. You always get popular and theres always some videos you can Chuckle at

Everyone's just hoping they get the "big break" where a massive company buys the site and pays them millions of dollars, it's unlikely anything is going to get through the big boys of today like MySpace, Bebo and Facebook.
