Shirt

I have been looking for a short sleeve shirt for absolutely yonks, but cannot find it anywhere; have no idea of the name, etc. I recently saw it being worn a hell of a lot by Dec on Britain's Got Talent, and it's exactly the shirt I've wanted. It's short sleeve with a pocket or two on the front and like flaps on the shoulders. Anyone have any ideas?
