My Life as a King has gotten really good reviews and feedback, so it's a great choice... plus it's the only one actually out right now. It's only $15 via Wiiware.

Little King's Story is a much more fleshed out version though, and it appears to offer much more gameplay and variety. I really like the style too. It comes to America late 2008, early 2009 for Europe. I recommend this one the most.

I'm not sure what to expect from MySims Kingdom. MySims was a fairly simple game, but the developers are saying that this one is much more fleshed out and there's more to do.
