Hack / Mod - Find these on the mybb homepage. (A personal fav - Warning system, Like infractions ect.)
Easy Control Panel - (Admins Only, grant access to admin perms via admin perms.)

There is a mod system? Just not a moderator panel, which you can download as a hack from somewhere.

But yeah, I'd go with MyBB
