    Then would I have to upgrade anything else?

    the 9 series is crap, the 8 series was better wait a couple of months then see, you may need to upgrade your PSU, the Gigabyte S series is PCI-E i think, so you should be fine.

    For a high powered GFX card I'd go for at least a true 600W.
