You want to recover a Hacked email, They change your secret questions. You email them, what do you email it to?

Somewhere under help (cba to find it right now) there's a link about regaining an account and you basically have to put your full name, ISP, something else and whatnot and then they email you with a whole list of crap to fill out to ensure that you're the owner and if all goes well you get your account back.
