I found this concept while browsing. I think eventually an iphone nano could be a great idea but i'm not too sure about the shuffle. I mean how on earth would you read your messages or even dial a number?

The iPhone currently is the right size for browsing, applications, phoning, messaging and so on. There is no need to make it smaller into a nano or a shuffle.

If this was going to happen, they would have brought it into the iPod Touch range before iPhone. Seems pretty unrealistic to me.
