I walked into the Fansite Drop-In and got this...
Three Glitches in one.
1. All my Icons were missing and unclickable.
2. I couldn't click/change the Say/Shout/Whisper box.
3. My letters weren't showing up in the speech box, although they were still working if I wanted to say something.
EDIT: Sorry for the huge screenie, Imageshack does that sometimes.

I've had the one with no icons loads of times, but 3 in one is pretty harsh.
