Alot of fansites used to use it =)

Yeah, I saw a lot of those types of layouts in the past. Habbo used to use those layouts in the past for a short time. Short than the last Habbo design.

I believe that sort of layout were used on the new South American hotels that got introduced a while back. The layout was actually quite modern and hot.
