Just seems a little strange and pointless, was the administrator who made the forum angry at the time?

Lol! They just want it to appear to people, so they can see that theres were people have donated. I HIGHLY doubt they were "angry". Theres nothing to be angry about donations.

It doesn't look angry it's just capital letters. If it had said DONATE YOUR PRIZES OR YOU ARE BANNED :@ now that's angry

Oh god; guys, I wasn't being literal, I know they weren't angry that was just me trying to be funny (obviously didn't work).
It's just one of those annoying things that stands out to people like me.
