I'm in need off an program that's able to split a file in several segments which are actually viewable separately and if needed able to be joined back/ with different files.
I don't want anything like HJSplit as the outputs aren't viewable separately.

Need it so i'm able to split files up so it's easier for me to convert without taking like 7hours.

I had one called "AVI splitter" that worked really well, but i could never find a decent program to join them again that was freeware. They all want to re-encode.
