I'm drug-free, so I can only recommend films that are classed in the actual stoner sub-genre of comedy; Friday and Knocked Up. Films about marijuana, not made for people who smoke it during...

As for films, really it depends on your taste, when your high or wasted i've found that i don't even watch the film properly, i justlie there. I usually like some good chilled music. If i was watching afilm i'd say something that isn't full of action, no horrors, and no chick flicks, althoguh they can get you all emotional. Just something chilled back.
