The new coming Sims 2 expansion pack is coming to you some time in August!

Rumours/Spoilers

Your sims can either be a good or evil witch!
Your sims can travel to different lots by broomsticks!
Sims now have playgrounds!
Sims can now break dance!
New furniture such as: Spiral Stairs, Vents, Cauldrons, Vending Machines etc!

Info

Sims now have to pay up every month at the 'pigeon hole'. They also have a satisfaction metre which show how comfortable they are living in that apartment. Your sims can bang on the walls if next door is too loud. You will now be able to customise the ceilings in the game.

Spells

Good Spells:

Banish Death: Click on a dead Sim or Death himself to bring a Sim back to life.
Aura of Niceness: Makes the world a better place to live.
De-Fuego: Instantly extinguish a fire.
Bugs of Ambiance: Summon butterflies of fireflies, depending on the time of day.
Make Agreeable: Cast this spell of a Sim to make them accept the next five socials.
Waves of Happy: All Sims in the area get a boost to their happiness (great for parties)
You Can Has Cheezburger: Spawn a tray of food, varies depending on the time of day.

Neutral Spells:

Make Fit: Instant fitness for the target Sim.
Make Fat: Opposite of Make Fit
Mighty Cluck of the Beyond: Posses the target Sim to perform chicken moves.
Leave'spolsion: Clear all the leaves from a Lot.
Puddle Evaporator: Clear rain, mess and pee puddles from your Lot.

Evil Spells:

Resurrect Zombie: Bring any Sim who's tombstone is on the Lot, back to life as the walking dead.
Bees: cast a spell on someone to have them chased by bees.
Mist of Plague: Force a Sim to throw up.
Fuego: Cast a fireball to start an object blazing.

Omg wooo.

Im wondering whether there will be a bit of a taster of whats to come in the Sims 3.
Found this which seems to suggest so..

There is now the ability to control multiple households in The Sims 2 Apartment Life.

This was supposed to be one of the big things to come with 'The Sims 3' multiple interactions, which i think will also be shown in the Apartment Life through the coffee shops, playgrounds, and parks.
