Being an admin usually means they've given you enough trust to not do that. Doing anything through admin tools if they're actually an admin is not an exploit, a vulnerability etc.

RDJP is better than HabboCPG by millions, I prefer KP's new one though as it's better, although I probably will change my mind again once RDJP 4 is released.

Anyway, there need not be an exploit in the actual panel to gain admin access, a number of XSS attacks could be carried out to gain this. Even Apache session retrieving exploits.
