    Delete cookies, temporary internet files, history etc..?
    Scan your computer for viruses, spyware etc.
    Turn up the signal on your router...connection might be dropping.

    Before taking highly drastic action check these things in this order ;

    1. Check signal strength to your wireless hub/router
    2. Try restarting your hub/router if your signal is strong
    3. Clear all cookies and ANY temporary Internet files if you are still having trouble
    4. You could be receiving a slow connection because you are not very close to your exchange, you should check this with your ISP.
    5. If you are close then it could well be that you are having troubles I had, the Internet is coming in, but the router is unable to pass it through correct, therefore you need to get a new hub/router from your ISP.
