Every now and again my firefox crashes and i have to restart. i get it like, 20 times a day.

it used to not reload pages like forums wen i clicked on a link back to the normal page
meaning i just sasw the old topics not updating. i had to manually reload.

About twice a month when I open FF, all my bookmarks etc have been deleted. How can I stop it?
