Is there a nice and easy code to block out all IP's from entering the website except the ones from a specific country?
Also, is it possible to redirect people who cant access the website to another website?

This can be done using the visitor's IP-Address
You can find scripts on google quite easily, such as these:

[That google search is .be (belgium) but the results shown are in english]
