Just got a conversion kit, they are as white and bright as anything (loads better than the factory yellow ones that are on most cars):

Well if they improve visibility and are legal that can only be good, were they expensive?

Better not meet my dad with the rally car then. 2x normal standared lights then 4 x cibe lamps.
