Ways of winning (off top of my head, weakest to strongest) -
High card
Pair
2 pair
3 of a kind
Straight (5 cards in a row, not of the same suit)
Flush (5 cards of the same suit)
Full House (3 of a kind/pair)
Four of a kind
Straight Flush (5 cards in a row of the same suit.
As simple as I can put the winning hands.You french fried when you should have pizza'd. If you french fry when you should pizza, you're gonna have a bad time....

Hold 'em is the most popular game of poker and is the best, in my opinion. I've been playing PKR for about a year now, it's great.
