OCR National in I.C.T Unit 1 Help

I've had to make a simple (very simple) excel spreadsheet and one of the requirements for a distinction is to

"Use of headers/footers and will set other layout features"

I don't understand what they mean at all? I added a header and footer but what else do I need?

Just put your name in the header and the page number in the footer or something
(View > Header/Footer)

The second part probably means change it from portrait to lanscape etc
