Stereo Mix Is Not Working

On vista none of my applications can pick up sound on it and I am wanting to screen record a game and tbh it is rather **** without sound.

On vista none of my applications can pick up sound on it and I am wanting to screen record a game and tbh it is rather **** without sound.

If you have not yet enabled Stereo mix;

Click the Sound Icon within your toolbar -> Adjust properties -> Output -> Right click "Display interfaces not in use" or something -> Set Stereo mix on -> Set as default.
