This thread is really reliant on food so I didn't know which thread to place this in.
I am really skin, mainly because I drink excessive amounts of Coca cola, around 9-11 cans a day, and it effects theweight of me by burning cells or something, I also believe it's reliant on the food I eat, What sort of foods should I eat?
I've stopped drinking cola, and started drinking more healthy drinks.
