- Must have past expierence ie what past companys you have worked at
- Why do you want the job
- What can you bring to us
- Will we benefit and why
We are after serious people, as we are paying but this will be talked about in private conversation.

Why is the age 16+?
There are many younger members on this forum who can atleast spell. Your after serious people, yet set a very bad example.
