First of all - Hi! Welcome to the forum!
Secondly - On the hair, You see the lines that were already there? You should carry them on down towards the bottom of the hair, Otherwise you can still see the original hair AND see the bit you added on, Perhaps make your own colour as well?

Other than that it looks like it could turn out to be quite good!

Eh, I think you need to work on the hair a bit more, like where you have the emo swoop, shade it a bit more so it goes with the lines of the orig. hair.

Nice hair but not scene clothes. Scene clothes are much more brighter
