Even though I am fully trained to save someones life from being a senior army cadet I don't even have the slightest clue why I have 2 lumps on my arm after being shot by a powerfull bb gun, it pierced my skin because it was really powerfull and the bb's he used where re-used as in he had picked them back up after he had shot them. Maybe it's an infection? And this never usually happens to me + I have been shot by things like that before and it has never happened.

you won't get an infection from picking small plastic bullets up a few minutes after them hitting the floor, it'll just be because the skin was hit hard?
