Nintendo at E3
What is it?
E3 = Electronic Entertainment Expo. E3 is probably the biggest event for the video game industry. It is an annual celebration of everything video games, and a famous event for huge announcements by all companies involved.

When is it?
Nintendo's E3 conference is scheduled to take place Tuesday, 15th July, 9 PST.

Where is it?

This year, the conference will take place at the Kodak theatre, home of some of Nintendo's biggest E3 announcements ever. There have been a lot of speculation that Nintendo will have their E3 here because they have big things to show off. We'll just have to wait and see if that's correct.

What will be there?

What else should we expect?
Nintendo has a lot to deliver at this E3. They will be showing the rest of the '08 lineup and probably some of the '09 stuff as well. Keep in mind, this whole section is just speculation, but a lot of it is almost confirmed to be seen.

Animal Crossing Wii should be at E3. The development team leader will be present at E3, which points strongly at the point that it will be shown off. We haven't heard much about the game except that it is expected to take great advantage of the Nintendo WiFi Connection.



Pikmin 3 could be at E3 as well. Nintendo has confirmed that it is in development. The question is - is Nintendo ready to show it off?



Wario Land: Shake It! is pretty much a shoe-in to be at E3. It comes out at the end of Summer and is a classic Wario Land game in 2D. Expect to see at least some gameplay footage of it at the conference.



Fatal Frame 4 should be at E3 as well. Fatal Frame is one of, if not the, scariest video games series out there. You must take pictures with a camera to capture ghost's spirits to defeat them. It is a survival horror game and is extremely creepy.




Monster Hunter 3 is a huge game developed by Capcom and has been confirmed for Wii. Will it be at E3? We'll just have to see...



Red Steel 2 was announced by Ubisoft a while ago. I think it's time that we see it, and a lot of people are counting on E3.



Kid Icarus Wii has been confirmed by IGN multiple times, and they expect it to be at E3. We'll just have to see...



A Retro Studios Project has been confirmed by a user on a popular video game message board saying they are working on something interesting, and it should be shown at E3.

I don't think Sadness will be at E3, they have said that they will be at the Leipzig Gaming Convention.

Also, expect to see Wii Music there as well.

That conference looks pretty awesome and you put together a very good post. I want Viva Pinata for the DS. I've seen it on 360 and at one point was contemplating buying one just to get Viva Pinata. As soon as we get it in at work it shall be mineeeeeeeee.

I beleive there will also be new kirby games being discussed there aswell "Kirby Super Star Ultra" and "Mario Super Sluggers"
