I had one on my monitor for a good year, I noticed no change in picture quality and I had to use this thing that had speakers connected to it to actually get sound, I can't remember the name of it, haha.

Plug the red and white into a hifi or summin'.

There isn't a hole for the red an white cable so im pretty stumped

Get a converter and some other stuff, or plug it into your PCs line in like i did. VGA is actually better qaulity then the component cable they give you.

Yes the quality is good, I've used one for months. Some of you are mis-leading him, if you had the official cable you'd know.

It comes with a Xbox 360 to VGA and Audio cable, there is two Audio cables, red and white you are correct, however it does come with a converter so you can put them into your monitor's sound or PC Speakers.
