Football - 5 yrs old.
Tennis - 6 yrs old.
Badminton - about 8/9 yrs old.

Rugby - 9 years old (I think)
Rounders/Cricket - 7 years old

football: when I was 10. none of my family was intrested in sport so I only really got intrested when my sister met her husband to be.
rugby: I had played it on and off but got involved in like properly playing it at about 14.

I probably played sport ever since I knew what it was and could actually attempt to throw/catch/kick/hit a ball etc.
