Help on outlook and Itunes +Rep

Ok so i had to totally wipe everything off my computer thankfully i did some backups. I have two problems. My parents use Outlook express how do i recover their account on it.

The other is can i take the song from my ipod and put them on my itunes?

If you don't know what it is you haven't done it.

Add the email account again and hopefully you left a copy of all your emails on the server it will just redownload them all.
